Unconfirmed actions need a review against the client's actual records before they are treated as confirmed activity.
Find and review an action
Open the client → Plans → Build.
Find Unconfirmed Actions below the planning sections.
Review the action date, type, lot, quantity, and FMV.
Compare those details with the vesting notice, exercise confirmation, sale confirmation, or other source record.
Use the row's Confirm action control only when the action details are correct and the event actually occurred.
Confirmation is an update to the client's activity record. A proposed action in a plan is not proof that a transaction took place.
If the details are wrong
Open the relevant grant from Equity and review its activity and vesting schedule. Have an admin correct the underlying record using the available action controls. Do not confirm an incorrect quantity or date just to clear the list.
If the expected edit control is missing, check workspace permissions. If you cannot reconcile an action, contact Chat with us with the grant name, date, and issue; use your firm's approved channel for source documents.
Check downstream results
After confirming or correcting activity, review holdings, Year-to-Date Actuals, plans, and the Taxable Activity Report. Avoid adding a completed sale again as a new proposed plan action.
