Configure a client deliverable PDF

Use the Client Deliverable in Reports to assemble a presentation from the client's analysis, plans, tax tables, and other selected sections.

Open the configurator

  1. Open the client → Reports.

  2. Find Client Deliverable.

  3. Open Configure sections using the report's configuration control.

Client Deliverable configuration dialog

Set the context

Review Report title, Report year, Planning horizon, Template, Cashflow scenario, and Valuation. Confirm that the selected valuation basis is appropriate for the company and client discussion.

Choose the sections

Enable the sections you need. Available choices include equity position, vesting, grant details, concentration, value sensitivity, plan comparisons, proceeds by year, tax-bracket views, Tax Tables, and balance sheet.

For sections with separate metric, chart, and table switches, include the level of detail your client needs. Select grants for Equity Details and up to three saved plans for Plan Scenario Comparison.

For Tax Tables, choose the relevant plan, scenario, or year view. Check that the report's context matches the Tax tab comparison you intend to discuss.

Add the disclosure and preview

Review the disclosure template and text. The report includes a title page, disclaimer, assumptions, and analysis snapshot automatically.

Select Export PDF to open the browser PDF preview. Inspect every page before downloading or sharing: check table widths, headings, selected plans, client details, assumptions, and any blank or unexpected section.

Use Save as Template to reuse a configuration. A saved template does not remove the need to review each client's report inputs.

See Share a plan with a client for PDF and portal options, and Reports for spreadsheet exports.
