How to add a new client to your Gemifi account

When adding new clients to your Gemifi account, you can either upload clients in bulk or individually. This article will walk you through how to add new clients on an individual basis.


Creating the client's account

1. Once you are logged in to your account, select Clients under the Apps menu.

2. On the Clients page, select the Add (+) button to add a new client to your account.

3. Fill in the First name, Last name, and Email address for the client and click the Submit button. (All fields are required)

4. Once submitted, the client's profile will be created in your account. If you need to edit the First name, Last name, Email address, or delete the client, click the pencil button next to that client's information.

5. Once the First name, Last name, or Email address is updated, click the Submit button. To delete the Client, click the trash button in the top right corner.
