With Gemifi, PII (Personally Identifiable Information) isn't required in order to utilize our product. Customer's may enter a client's name and email address if preferred, but some choose to use partial names or pseudonyms instead to avoid entering any PII.
When it comes to security, Gemifi requires all customers to use Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in order to access an account.
